Getting Started
Not at all. Many clients provide a door code, key, or lockbox so we can clean while they're at work or running errands. We'll always follow your preferred entry instructions, and can also schedule visits for when you're home if you prefer.
Most clients use a keypad code, lockbox, or hidden key. You can share access instructions securely once your appointment is confirmed with our team.
For recurring service, we recommend setting up your schedule at least a week ahead. One-time cleanings can often be booked with shorter notice depending on availability.
We recommend booking at least a few days in advance, but we do our best to accommodate last-minute and same-week requests whenever our schedule allows.
The Cleaning Visit
Yes. We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade, eco-friendly supplies, vacuums, and tools for every visit. If you'd like us to use specific products you already own, just note it in your quote request.
We use eco-friendly, family- and pet-safe cleaning products by default. If you have allergies or product preferences, let us know and we'll happily accommodate them.
Most standard cleanings take one to three hours depending on your home's size and condition. Deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleanings typically take three to six hours.
Interior oven and refrigerator cleaning are available as add-ons to any package, and are included by default in our Deep Clean and Move In / Move Out services.
Absolutely. Most of our clients have pets. Just let us know about any pets in the home so our team can plan accordingly, and ask about our pet hair removal add-on for extra attention.
Standard cleaning covers routine upkeep like dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing. Deep cleaning goes further into baseboards, grout, appliance interiors, and hard-to-reach areas not part of a regular visit.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can pause, skip, or reschedule recurring service anytime with reasonable notice.
Recurring plans (weekly, biweekly, and monthly) are generally more cost-effective per visit than one-time cleanings. Ask about current recurring rates when requesting your quote.
